If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. This page explains how to exercise those rights with KYLER HURD LLC, DBA Symphora Automation (“Symphora”, “we”, or “us”).
What “Sell” and “Share” mean for Symphora
“Sell” — Under California law, “sell” is broadly defined and can include providing personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not generally sell personal information for advertising purposes. However, some data transfers to subprocessors or partners (e.g., payment processors, analytics providers) may fall within the statutory definition. If you opt out, we will not sell your personal information as defined by California law.
“Share” — “Share” covers sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising as a core part of our Services. However, we may share certain data with subprocessors to provide Services (e.g., Twilio, OpenAI, Stripe). If you opt out of sharing, we will limit disclosures as required under California law.
Your choices and how to exercise them You can exercise any of the following California consumer rights by submitting a request using one of the methods below. When you make a request, please provide the information requested so we can verify your identity and process the request quickly.
A. Opt‑out of Sale or Sharing (Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information)
To Opt-out, email: support@symphoraautomation.com with subject line “Do Not Sell or Share — California Resident” and include:
Full name;
Email address and/or phone number used with our Services;
Description of your request (e.g., “Do not sell or share my personal information”); and
A copy of a government-issued ID or other verification information if requested to verify identity for account-level requests.
We will process your request and confirm by email within 45 days.
B. Right to Know / Access and Right to Delete
To request a copy of personal information we have collected about you, or to request deletion, email support@symphoraautomation.com with the subject “CCPA Request — Right to Know/Delete.”
C. Right to Correction & Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
To request correction or limitations, email support@symphoraautomation.com and specify the correction or limitation needed.
Identity verification To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before fulfilling requests. Verification may require providing account details, a government-issued ID, or other methods reasonably necessary. For requests that concern an account you have created with us, we may verify through account access and associated contact details.
Authorized agents You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. We will require proof of authorization and may require that the consumer verify their identity directly.
Response timing and denials We will acknowledge and respond to verifiable requests in accordance with applicable law (generally within 45 days; we may extend by up to 45 additional days with notice). If we deny a request, we will explain the reasons and provide information on how to appeal.
Data portability When providing personal information in response to a data portability request, we will provide it in a portable and useful format where feasible (e.g., CSV).
